Francine Eastwood is an experienced registered physiotherapist who has a passion for treating runners. Francine has completed post-graduate courses in ART (Active Release Technique), acupuncture, dry needling (IMS/IMT), running biomechanics, injury prevention, and therapeutic exercise prescription. She is a certified practitioner in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Francine provides state of the art running assessments, using her skills as a physiotherapist and running enthusiast to correct biomechanical faults in running form that may be contributing to injury and limiting peak performance. She has done numerous talks to the medical community and local running groups on running biomechanics and injury prevention. Francine is an avid long distance runner and has completed several marathons including Boston.
