Janine joined the Medsport team in September 2020 as a student intern. Janine has been a medical receptionist from a young age, with extensive experience in urgent care, family medicine, and now sports med. She recently graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in April 2021 and is hoping to pursue studies in Physical Therapy.
Janine loves getting fresh air and sunshine. She appreciates the mountains for hiking and alpine skiing. She also loves skating the Rideau canal and nordic skiing in the winter. In the summer Janine enjoys kayaking, camping with friends, and long bike adventures across the Ottawa district. Inclement weather calls for food and karaoke with the family!
